Have not tried "send to connected device" Will do so.

However, are there any limits re number of routes or other settings that affect whether sync sends a new (yes I saved it first) route to the card?

I have investigated further as follows:

1. Uninstalled & reinstalled latest beta on laptop.
2. Reinstalled SD mobile  .. with sync all routes UNticked
3. Synced SD mobile
4. Created new route
5. Synced
6. Looked in routes folder on the card  .. its not there (as per your post it should not ahve been).
7. Put card into mobile device, ensured restart of mobile from scratch and tried to load the new route
8. Its NOT on the list of available routes

2 ways to get it there

• Download route to connected device under Go Flying menu
• Copy & paste route from PC to the card's route folder

Looks to me as if transfer of synced routes to the routes folder on the card is not happening in latest beta OR sync not doing anything at all.

Using the Go Flying transfer does include WX, Tafs & Metars.

Hope that helps.

Anyone else using the card sync method (as opposed to Active Sync, MDC) and if so are you getting same problem?
